TOLEDO PRIDE SWEET 16

Toledo Pride is Northwest Ohio’s largest and most recognized event for the LGBTQIA+ community, friends, families, and allies. In 2025, we’re celebrating our Sweet 16 — 16 years of visibility, community, and joy! Join us in downtown Toledo from Friday, August 15 through Sunday, August 17 for an unforgettable weekend filled with love, laughter, and pride.
This 3-day celebration is held at Promenade Park, right in the heart of the city, and brings thousands of people together to celebrate the rich diversity of our LGBTQIA+ community. The festival includes a vibrant mix of entertainment, activities, and opportunities to connect and give back.
Friday – Toledo Pride Kick-Off & Nite Glo 5K
The weekend kicks off with a family-friendly Nite Glo 5K and 1-Mile Fun Run, followed by the official Pride Kick-Off Party at Promenade Park! Enjoy performances by local bands, drag shows, DJs, food trucks, and more. This event is free and open to all ages.
Saturday – Toledo Pride Festival & Parade
Saturday is our biggest day! Join thousands of attendees for the Toledo Pride Parade at noon down Adams St., then head into the festival grounds for a full day of fun. Promenade Park and Levis Square will host TONS of live music, performances, and entertainment. We will have food trucks and drink tents. Plus, there will be dozens of local vendors selling art, apparel, and Pride merch. Nonprofit and community organizations offering information, support, and resources. We will have dedicated spaces for Family Fun and “Chill Zones”.
Sunday – Big Rainbow Bar Crawl
Wrap up the weekend with our colorful and energetic Big Rainbow Bar Crawl through downtown Toledo! Your wristband gets you access to drink and food specials at multiple participating bars, restaurants, and local businesses.
Toledo Pride is more than just a festival — it’s a celebration of identity, love, and progress. It’s about showing up, being seen, and standing proud. Whether you’re a long-time supporter or attending for the first time, you’re welcome here.

Toledo Pride is celebrating its Sweet 16 this year — and we need your help to make it unforgettable!
We’re looking for passionate, energetic, and friendly volunteers to join our team for this year’s 3-day celebration, taking place Friday, August 15 through Sunday, August 17, 2025, in downtown Toledo.
Whether you’re helping with setup, keeping the festival clean and welcoming, supporting our parade, guiding guests, or just spreading joy — our volunteers are the heartbeat of Pride. This is a great opportunity to give back, make friends, earn service hours, and be part of one of the most exciting and inclusive events in the region!

The annual Toledo Pride Parade draws thousands of people from all over to the streets of downtown Toledo in celebration of the LGBTQIA+ community. Each year the parade grows in numbers. Attendees
Toledo Pride welcomes over 20,00 people throughout the 3-day festival weekend to celebrate one of Toledo’s largest festivals.
Kick-Off
We anticipate at least 2,500 to attend the Pride Kick-off on Friday night
Exposure
200+ organizations will gain exposure in the Toledo Pride Parade, which annually sees thousands of spectators.
Healthcare
During the festival, sponsors have provided free mammograms, confidential HIV/AIDS tests, and more.

Over 100 vendors and organizations set up at the festival, including nonprofit organizations, LGBTQIA+ friendly businesses, and LGBTQIA+ affirming faith-based groups.
